In 2006 I put up a simple business web page but soon alter fade up with Google AdWords and Adsense technical and login issues. It just did not work. Rather good html coding and keyword tricks did. Meanwhile Google withdrew money from my account with no receipts and big difficulties to cancel account. I had to cancel visa to stop payments. This is how Google makes fortune - by collecting dollar by dollar illegally from army of naîve web users. Google means not only a big number of searches results. It is even larger sums of small change nobody cares about!
So been obsessed with Google ranking I registered googlebay.com.au. It took 15 minutes to register. A $200-$300 spent on software, hosting and even googlebay trademark registration in IP Australia for a person with no web hosting experience, education or good English.
Amusingly, it took 1-year for heavy weight legal law gorillas - Middleton's to prepare a stack of paper with just little more then a web search results. These Google's feed monkeys were unable to actually finalize the case normal way. They simply called the domain register to shut down site months before panel decision! One man Panel did not bother to prove any of a dozens accusations. And what would you expected from a gang stated that Middleton's is not an English name Case d2003-0785 p5 ? Miraculously Middleton's was founded by bunch of guys witch English is a secondary language.
So I gave up and Internationals wrap up and sold the crap.
And now with Jeff Goss Middleton's shift weight to Fox Legal to take over Australian legal market! Nice.
