AdWords and AdSense accounting nonsense
Google takes around $5 from my Visa without my knowledge for period of over a year. Legally. No receipts. Money's taken without my knowledge. I cannot close account. How? Account details lost. Resetting password shows error for long time. Google customer support won't help (perhaps becouse Google pay to an Indian more then $5 per e-mail ? ). In fact, I do not bother to try login or spent time to cancel those payments. OK We all love Google. Perhaps a few dollars a month is a fair price for using Google search, But....
Google caught for Click_fraud once big time. Millions spent to get back some %5 of possible fanatical losses. Who cares about a "bug" in a Google accounting system affecting millions of small customers ?
What if there are millions of "lost" small accounts ?
Is that why Google has so much cash? Who tried to get a $50 back from Google? (Multiplied by number of lost accounts and "errors"). I noted a mistake because one Google account closed and money still taken. How often do you pay attention to few go-ogle dollars on your Visa statement? Vote
Statistics show: there is one phone call to your business per few hundreds or even a thousand of clicks on your web site! There are even less real contacts.
