Netcraft showing a net block owner name different from known site's hosting provider means one of the following:
a) A hosting provider businesses name is different from his trade name
b) Web space for a page was subleased - find who hosts "hosting" provider. Travel up by subleasing "tree" and find better deal from original provider.
c) Web page was high jacked
