I note that googlebay.com.au name put on hold status by register
Intaserve recently.
Been a domain name registrant I have not received nor explanations nor
notification of this action.
Intaserve replied they 'instructed by Ausregistry'.
Maggie Whitnall (Ausregistry Communications
Manager) replied: 'I am assuming this was a direction from auDA'
Having no notifications from auDA I am assuming 'the instruction' was
not on behalf of auDA ether.
Would you be so kind to confirm one of above assumptions?

So what ? What obligations Intaserve has in front of Google or WIPO ?
Google
is a search and WIPO is an arbitrage centre. Formally you are
not
responsible for anything and should change domain status by Panel
order
only - it is in an Intarserve Rules. I do not care about this google
crap.
If everybody were manipulated not by law, but by money or fear what
kind
order and freedom it would be? Perhaps it is now. That is the point.
