Your Trade Mark Application No. 1118972 has cleared the examination stage of the registration process. However, before your trade mark can be registered it must be advertised in our Official Journal to give other people an opportunity to object and you must pay the registration fee.

Your trade mark will be advertised on 19/10/2006. This advertisement starts a formal three month opposition period. If you pay the registration fee now and no one raises an objection within the period or seeks an extension of time, IP Australia will automatically register your trade mark when the period expires.
