Subject: Google Inc. trade mark opposition

Content-Type: text/plain;

……

Dear Mr Feder

I received an expression of Google Inc. demands letter Dated by 3 of

November just recently due to change of my address.

My current business address is

P.O.Box 4102

North Curl Curl

2099

NSW

e-mail:

sales@manlyelectronics.com.au

Home phone is 02 94012770

Mobile is 0417456095

Considering Google Inc. previous actions stated they opinion regards to

googlebay.com.au website name Google Inc. demands specified in the

letter caught me by surprise.

Luck of my knowledge of English and of formal details do not let me

understand everything in this latter yet. As far as I can see at this

stage there no sensible background for demand of my actions in regards

to having word "google" within the trademark or an Australian web site

name in my current situation. Despite that, I've removed all material

from googlebay.com.au web site. Typical web search is not my goal

anyway. Peaking up googlebay.com.au name was almost accidental. It does

not bring me ether valuable traffic or a cent of profit. Making an

opposition to Google Inc. would be silly and is not in my current

interests. Nobody can make a web search better then Google Inc.

specialists nether nobody can damage Google Inc. reputation but the

Google Inc. management himself.

Google search is the best web search on a planet yet. I wish all the

best to productive Google Inc. personnel and they prosperity.

Sincerely

Dimitri Rytsk
